I find it easy to gain muscle. Just a couple of days of lifting weights and I already notice a improvement, it's not a big improvement but it shows that I can gain muscle easily and I find walking and jogging tedious. is it possible just to do weight training to lose fat and with little cardio?

P.S. I found a workout routine that seems to fit me well...

or:Hi

or:It is very possible to lose fat by just weight training! The problem lies when you try to burn fat and gain muscle at the same time, that's nearly impossible despite all the gimmicks online that trick you into thinking you can by buying into their fad diet or workout routine.Diet is the important thing. As long as your are eating clean and you are at a caloric deficit, then you will lose weight. Building muscle is the opposite, you need to be at a caloric surplus in order to build the muscle and gain weight. See how it would be extremely hard to be at a caloric deficit and caloric surplus at the same time? That's why you cannot build muscle and lose fat simultaneously.Nutrition Minor in College / Gym rat

or:Regular and strategic work outs will be the best solution of losing weight and building muscle. Besides that, there is a need of proper diet chart. An expert trainer will be the best support to manage all of these. If you need some additional support without hiring any professional, there are online e-books and resourceful blogs of muscle building and fitness measures. You can certainly find them on the web.
