or:You do need to gain about 15 lbs at least. Try eating more fats and proteins like meat.

or:Gaining muscle would be better than just gaining weight. Body Builders need to eat more anyways, so try doubling your portions, but make sure you are exercising enough to use that energy so it doesn't turn into fat. You need start eating a lot more protein in order to let your muscles grow, meats like chicken and beef as well as fish if you like fish, try more salmon and tuna and don't forget your fruits and veggies, You should also start taking vitamin supplements, if you have a family doctor ask if you can start taking One A Day vitamins for men or what would be appropriate for you. When you wake up, eat a carbohydrate rich breakfast with very little protein, the goal is to give your body the serotonin you need so you can be in a good mood and have the energy for working out. After you eat get outside and jog for about 20 to 30 minutes, the morning sunlight does wonders for your mood and it gives you the vitamin D you need. If you're not sweating then you need to work harder or you doing something wrong, remember proper posture while exercising is important. Bodybuilding.com and YouTube has great videos to teach you how to get started and learn how to do these exercises the right way. I also suggest using dumbbells and barbells instead of machines.
