So yesterday in class, my phone accidentally went off because I forgot to turn it off before I got to school. The teacher (who was facing the class) knew it was me judging where the sound came from, and told me I had detention during lunch and I had to give my phone to her. I politely explained to her that this was an accident and it wouldn't happen again, but she didn't care. So detention I went and my phone got confiscated.

The fact that you got caught because of an accident doesn't mean you didn't break the rule. imprisonment laws do not cover detentions....why would even think they did?
