or:You have all of the right to be very annoyed, that was a cruel thing of her to do. But in my opinion, if you really cared and i'm sure you do, you shouldn't have told her you were coming.
or:Hell yes, now go see her whether she wants you to or not, if you really like her then you go see her, and if she really likes you then she will be happy, otherwise if she is angry/ annoyed then something might be wrong between you too, because after someone has any kind of operation then I think the would want whoever they like the most to be with them.
