or:Unfortunately, there isn't really any specific legislation about linking on the internet and if you are getting nowhere with polite requests, you may have to deal with it yourself. Off the top of my head you could check the HTTP_REFERER on your homepage (or the page they are linking to). If it's their site, you could direct off to a page explaining how you have tried to get them to remove the link but with no success. This will probably shame them into it.
