I live in Texas, where if you miss 10 days or more during the semester you get truancy, but I have missed 6 days the whole year and their assigning me to a set of classes for it. Am I allowed to sue?

or:Well it depends their reasons for doing the assigned classes and doing this way before the time is up it could also be the messages they are sending so you don't miss a total 10 days plus it also depends on the reasoning you missed those days of school they want to give you a refresher course.
