or:she's most likely afraid to confront the issue with you, or she's a really good procrastinator. Bring it up with her the next time you see her, but be gentle, don't raise your voice and try not to fight etc. A break up is never fun, and it usually hurts. Ask her what she's thinking, if she really thinks you two should break up or if there is a way you two can fix the problem. If she just doesn't want to be together, remember to your best to respect it and don't fight or raise your voice. But still try to see if there is a way to fix the problem [what ever that might be] if it's possible.
or:mabe sense she doesn't think you'll work out i would set her up where she gets caught then if she thinks this this is when you tell her if she is texting and making stories up i would tell her to hit the road if she is that unhappy then let her go
