... this idea and I don't know how to do it or if it is even possible. He wants people to be able to take a picture of themselves and send it to a place (the cloud) in the cloud it should get a specific frame/border and then its should send the picture to the companies Facebook page and upload it there. Does anyone have any sugestions?

or:Well. you might need to create a Facebook application, so when your users take the picture, you upload it for processing and then...you will need the users to click on some button to authorize their account and you can post it to their wall. If you need the final pics to be posted to your companies FB Profile, use the FB API (developers.facebook.com) for the programming language you are going to use and create the app. This should't be more than a couple of hours work.
