... into ownership, the Battery started leaking (according to dealer) causing hole in transmission filler cap, resulting in loss of approx. 4 of the 6 litres of transmission oil. The problem only revealed itself when the car stopped and would not go into drive or reverse. Dealer is working with me but say's Volkswagen may not cover, because fault caused by battery, not car. I say this is BS. Stay tuned. Don't they have enough PR problems to deal with?
