... akashi records video to meditate but this particular time couldn't remember anything because I was in such a deep trance and right before the "guider" was about to slowly bring me back i got awaken by my cat jumping on me! I couldn't remember if i have seen something but i was relaxed and started feeling my sleeping mask moving ..kind of lime a wave/Vibration that was really strong...not in a bad way but I got spooked because it was kind of strong and I put my hands over my forehead and I can still feel the mask moving until I removed it and opened my eyes....what does this mean?!
