Bottom line is mild exercise is vey good for you and will make for an easier birth, the old wives tales of resting and relaxing for the last trimester of pregnancy are absolute boll*cks (within reason of course, any mum to be with twins or triplets is going to need to not be on her feet a lot, bless her).
