Google -I missed a payment from my fine & now I have warrant?

I went to court in 2012 for theft at a store & I currently found out I had a warrant & noticed we calculated the payments wrong & missed one payment of $50 & never received a court letter. So I'm wondering what will happen when I turn myself in will I get a second chance to pay the $50 or will I have to restart it all over again & pay $750 again or will I have to do time in jail? Has someone gone through this? I have two kids now & don't really want to be apart from them for a past regret I've committed. Thank you
