Google Play Store App Gets Deleted HELP?

... MLG Soundboard. I used Mountain Dew and Dorito's in my icon, and that is why MLG Soundboard got deleted. And I fully understand that. A couple days later I made a new version of MLG Soundboard, without the Copyrighted brands, And it got deleted again.(I did not know why, but I think it was because of some sounds that had copyright.) Then I made a new version, and it got around 5000 downloads. This sure was a achievement for me. Then I integrated AdBuddiz' advertisements, and the app got deleted for intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior. Then I made another version, and I was sure my app did not have any copyrights on it. The app was approved, but I got a warning for crude content. And when I added AdBuddiz' advertisements once again, my app got deleted. Today I got an e-mail about my developer account being terminated. I could not make a new account, according to the e-mail. I still do not know why my app got deleted so much times. Is it because of the advertisements, or the content in my app? I hope Google Play can help me figure this out. I have sent an e-mail several times to google play, but I never got a reply. Then I found this adress on the internet.
