Got in a small accident with friends car?

2 Months ago while I was helping my friend's uncle move to a new apartment, my friend asked me to bring his girlfriends car back to his house. While driving the car back to his house I accidentally bumped into his uncles truck. There was no damage for his uncles truck, no one was injured, and the police wasn't called. Unfortunately my friends girlfriends car got a small dent from it. He wants me to pay for the dent, but I don't work, so I have no way of getting money. In conclusion can he sue me for this?
