or:No, you can't. Your GPA is based on your highschool grades and there is no way to improve them once you've graduated highschool. All you can do is take learning courses to get qualifications in the areas you lack. For example you could get a language certificate/diploma in XYXY language if you feel that it might (it would) improve your employment prospects.

Even colleges are far more interested in your SAT or ACT score than your high school grades since grades in most high schools are so inflated that they are almost meaningless. More important than your grades is your class ranking.If it is important to you, I suggest that you study on your own for a year or two and then take the SAT or ACT exam. If you do well on than, if someone requests your high school transcript be and include SAT or ACT score. A good score will override any negative impression from your transcript, even if you had mostly D's.
