I got my green card through DVP programme by green card lottery.My wife get the green as my wife.Because my wife is outside of USA for 15 months what

I got my green card through DVP programme by green card lottery.
My wife get the green as my wife.
Because my wife is outside of USA for 15 months what she needs to fill something to rejoin me here in USA?

or:If she is outside the us and hasn't made any atempt to come back that could be a problem i would reapply for the green card agian letting her apply as your wife. If thats something you both want do it the same way as you did it before.

or:Apply for re-entry Permit and the Green card has been abandoned due to excess of criteria staying outside the US and apply for the Green card form I-407.
