I'm getting headache a while now it hurt some parts of my head and affects my right eye its always tried and want to sleep ..my head pains a lot like the muscle pulling you I use pills but nothing works can anyone tell me its what and what can I do? Thank you

or:Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Drinking is incredibly important, and if you haven't been doing that it can affect you in ways that range from nausea, fevers, and coughing, to a weakened immune system, and all sorts of nasty problems. Drink more water. Hope this helps ;)
