Healthy or not?

Im a 12 year old girl and I like sports.I know that its not healthy for kids to train very hard, I mean like they do in gyms.But is it ok to do sit-up

I'm a 12 year old girl and I like sports.
I know that it's not healthy for kids to train very hard, I mean like they do in gyms.
But is it ok to do sit-ups and squats? I do 100 to 200 sit-ups now so I was starting to wonder if that's healthy.
Maybe it's a bit of a stupid question, but I just don't know :)

or:i think that situps and squats are wonderful your doing okay try stretches to warm up before doing the squats and situps
