Hello I have a question reguarding about sleep/sleepdisorder?

A few weeks ago,i have difficulty sleeping at night.Sometimes i cant sleep at all
(24hour did not sleep mostly happens when there is exam in the next day) or have to wait from 11pm till 4-5am then i was able to sleep but then i had to wake up around 6:30am to prepare stuff and go to school and tend to doze off automatically during lessons.
And sometimes when i set my alarm ,example at 6am i woke up at 7am and was almost late for school i don't remember anything of waking up and turning my phone alarm off i ask my family no one off my phone alarm.
Recently i don't have any appetite to eat dinner and skip dinner for two day on the third day morning i woke up at 7:30am my mum say she call me three times at 6:45am-7am and i woke up and then go back to sleep but i don't remember waking up during the time when my mum call me.I only remember i was getting up of bed and pouring new fresh milk into cereal and eating it(dreaming)then i woke up mum say its 7:30am i was late for school i was confused and went into the kitchen i check the milk it was not open at all and realize i was dreaming .I usually sleep till afternoon when there is no school sometimes i could sleep the whole day unless someone call me wake up in the afternoon if not i sometimes would sleep from the morning till evening
May i know what is causing this?
