Hello, my ctrl, x, and z keys are not working. I have Windows 10, and a Steelseries Keyboard. I've tried reinstalling the device drivers, I've cleaned under the keys, the keyboard still lights up, but I've noticed that over time those keys just shut off on me. For awhile I could get them to work by randomly pushing other keys on my keyboard then they would work just like the others, but would randomly turn off. One day they just shut off for good and I don't know how to turn them back on.

or:Try using another keyboard and see if it works. It's quite possible your keyboard has just finally broken, it happens eventually to any keyboard. You've done every possible check I can think of.
