I went to the ER after i passed out on the job. I had to fill out an injury report and a medical release form the next day at my job. I'm not filing for work miscomp so are they going to still get a copy of my medical records and what I was treated for? I can't have my job finding out what I was treated for! If they are going to regardless, is there a way i can revoke my medical release form before they do???

or:If you didnt tell the hospital it was work related or give the hospital the name of your supervisor or contact information then they will not release the info.If what is wrong with you can endanger yourself or other people you are in the wrong for continuing to work there. If you are using equipment or driving even your own car and subject to passing out you endanger the lives of the people around you. If you hurt or kill anyone due to your health issues you subject yourself and family to huge lawsuits.
