So my camera on my iPhone isnt working. It started since I turned on the restrictions than I turned it back off like it was. The camera wasnt working

It said "Sorry, but your device is not capable of making video calls because it does not have any accessible cameras." It showed me thing when I tried video calling my mother on the app Tango. Someone please tell me how to fix this!
