The last day of my period was July 1st and my next period was going to be Aug 9 today is Aug 24 and I've been experiencing back cramps and abdominal cramps like if I were to get my period because that's how it usually starts but nothing has happened. Is it possible I can be pregnant? Or just a really late period? I do eat a lot and I am stressed because I don't know if I am.

or:It's possible that your period could be late it has happen to me before I was so worried but eventually it came but everyone's situation is different .Since you're experiencing cramps I'd say your period is just late . if you don't get it by the end of the month and you're worried I would advice you to take a pregnancy test just to make sure . if your test comes out negative then I'd advice you to visit your doctor and take a blood test to check your hormone levels . Keep in mind your period can be late due to stress , a major change in your weight or Excessive exercising .
