or:ask her if she is happy. ask what she wants and see what she wants to do. plan a date and spend some more time together. see how things go and if it feels right break up.
or:First make sure that the girl has recovered from depression.Then support her and take things slowly.From your question it seems like she has not fully recovered so talk to her properly and sort things out.
