"Hard as rock, but first it's wet. When it's wet, it's cold as ice."

This is the only other information she gave me:

-The answer is NOT ice, snowball or hail.
-It has nothing to do with those, she says.
-It's not a metaphor at all.

Please help; I'm busting my brains! XD
