Arrested for a misdemeanor for burglary on the ticket. Stole $90 worth of pants but when questioned was instead detained although I had apologized for
Arrested for a misdemeanor for burglary on the ticket. Stole $90 worth of pants but when questioned was instead detained although I had apologized for my stupidity and asked to return the pants to the security. Happened in front of a store in a mall. 1st time offence, punishment? For example possible jail time? Fines to pay etc. The jeans looked exactly as i had gotten them before i finally gave them back while i was getting handcuffed no damage was done onto them. I'm willing to pay the fine and take whatever classes i need or probation to put this unnecessary situation behind me, though im interested on how much the offense will cost me money wise and hopefully not jail time wise.
