Help with my nose piercing please!?

Its currently 4am and my nose piercing has come out about 2 hrs ago. I have been trying to get it back in and Ive tried everything and IO now I droppe

Its currently 4am and my nose piercing has come out about 2 hrs ago. I have been trying to get it back in and I've tried everything and IO now I dropped my jewelry down the plughole and I think my hole is closing up
Problem is it's infected, so I just need to know what can I do from now until when I go and get it checked.
