Well, he couldn't have, if he went into the speed force and never came back out, future him wouldn't have tieed with Reverse flash, meaning his mom and dad would still be alive because they never went back to that night in the future. He wouldn't be Flash, he would start to have the live that he almost had in Flashpoint-doesn't make sense-does he get out in season 4 or something?
