I orderd an item off one of Amazon's Marketplace Sellers. The item was supposed to be delieved between the 24th November - 28th November.
I've managed to track down the package from the couriers website (Hermes):-
24/11/2011 12:05 Signature From Neighbour
24/11/2011 09:20 Courier Received
24/11/2011 05:07 Out For Delivery To Courier
24/11/2011 01:36 Processed at Depot
23/11/2011 23:58 Receipt at Depot
23/11/2011 19:13 Hub Sorter Receipt Scan
20/11/2011 21:06 Order Generated
It states that a neighbour signed for it. But, my neighbours don't know of any parcel and there was no calling card. I even phoned Hermes itself but they said i have to contact the seller.
But I've sent the seller two emails but still no reply.
I'm just hoping i get the package in time for Christmas.
Any help would be appreciated guys, Thanks

or:Request proof of delivery...if the claim the neighbor signed for it they must have a signature.
