or:Sounds like he had a seizure which caused some neurological damage within the brain. Get him to a hospital, doctor or free clinic. Do not worry about insurance, children in most countries are covered even if their families are not. You can also work with staff at the hospital to reduce costs or get state government aide. This is a VERY serious matter!!! I have a lot of professional experience with children. A doctor may be able to help but not after too much time has passed. And more damage could occur!
