SO, I've been at my place of employment for over 3 years now. My manager (who is rarely here) only points out my mistakes without ever giving me any positive reinforcement. I do 95% of the work load, so there's bound to be some mistakes. I should also mention that she leaves early every day and conveniently takes holidays when things are about to get VERY busy in the office, leaving me with the brunt of the work. She sometimes asks me if I need help when my tasks when they are already 80% done. I can't even take 2 consecutive weeks holidays, they have to be sporadic Fridays or Mondays here and there in the middle of the month when it's dead in here, as she clearly can't handle the job I do. I don't know what to do!!!!!! It's getting to the point I'm dreading coming into work for the fear of getting chewed out.
