or:Measure yourself below your breasts, and on the widest part of your breasts (usualy at nipple height). the difference between those two measurements is youre cup size. (in metric terms), a difference of 12.5 cm is cup A, 15 cm is cup B, 17.5 is cup C etc.. so, if for instance, youre measurements are 75cm (below) / 90cm (widest) this means youre bra size is 75 B.
