How can I end renting lease as co-tenant in Ontario?

Hi, I really need help for ending my ending lease. However, the problem is that I am the only one who wants to move out and my roommates want to stay.

Can anybody provide me some suggestions.As the tenancy law will be different due to different provinces in Canada, please help me with laws in Ontario, thanks!
