So, my whole life I felt like I had a twin. I never asked anyone in my family about this because obviously they would be quiet and probably would never tell me the truth. I also felt that I'm being watched and sometimes heard voices in my head.

Yes, you might now think I'm insane but I'm sure I'm not. Because in my family there's this insanity going around to 2 of 10 people I take tests every year with the same doctor.

But now please, if you can give me some tips on how to find out more about this "twin" please let me now.

or:I highly recommend that you see a psychiatrist. You're not crazy, but you might need some help, and that's totally fine. You probably don't have a twin. Sorry. Hope this helps.

or:I also feel the same as you! In fact we are in the exact same situation. Maybe try and talk with your mum about it or a close family member. I'm thinking of doing it myself :)
