How can I fix my nissan sentra, dieing and rpm drop?

Hello I have a nissan sentra 2005 and when driving around about 20 minutes the rpm drops completely to zero. I've taken it to the shop before and they told me it was the computer of the car. Even so it was still drivable . I also notice that when turning they car keys the temperature gauge will shoot up to H. When it does turn on while driving I would just stop and won't take any more gas, it rolls about 3 or 6 secs before it brake, oil, and services engine lights come on. I've checked my MAF, air filter, coolant hoses and nothing.
Another thing is when starting the car it takes about 5 to 10 minutes before the car can idle properly, and in the winter it takes 30 to and hour before the car is drivable. If I don't wait then the car will die within 2000 rpm. Also some time it doesn't go over 2000 rpm but will still run, well limp home till the next day.
Sorry for the long questions just wanted to post everything wrong with this car, it's been like this since winter.
