So I have played undertale (Neutral) and Im trying to do the True Pacifist route and Im able to save, but I come back later on to find that my save is

So I have played undertale (Neutral) and I'm trying to do the True Pacifist route and I'm able to save, but I come back later on to find that my save is completely gone and the characters such as Sans don't remember me. Plus, I have to enter my name again. Please help, I really want to play.

or:You may have a defective version of Undertale, tell me where you got it from. Was it a gift on steam? I've seen this before and it is a fan made version of Undertale where Flowey has control of the timeline. I suggest that you get a real version if it is too much trouble. You may disagree and say \"I got the real game, now tell me how to fix it!\" I assure you this is as puzzling as you think it is, but if you look into the files and find a track that is not in the game please look into it. Thank you for understanding.

or:When you see a star you must press \"Z\" when close to it and you will get a save option. press \"Z\" when the save ootion is yellow and this will save your game. as for sans not remembering you, it is normal in the \"Neutral\" run. I am positive he will only remember you after Pacifist or Genocide, just like some of the other characters.
