Okay so I have been suffering with aniexy, OCD and panic disorder. Each time I go to the doctors all they ever do is keep sending me to therapy. And each time I go it never helps. All I want is really minor meds to take the edge off my panic! What do I say when I go to the doctors to get some? Or what can I do to get some?

or:you can go to your dr and your dr will can give you some or you can elect to tell a mental health proffessional whats going on they will help you also to get some medication as well you might be able to go to your dr and he can give you the most used medication and then reffer you to a mental health therapist

or:Medications for those conditions are, by the nature of the illness, highly addictive and only prescribed in cases where the patient suffers in extremis. You only have a mild form and therapy is the prefered treatment method, if it was severe you would have been prescribed medication. I do not think medication will help you but if you can convince the doctor that you are having severe attacks then he/she may prescribe you the appropriate medication.
