How can I get braces if I cant afford them, but don't meet the low income requirement for free ones?

or:if you go to community services offices or dshs tell them whats going on about your mom and if their is any medical insurance you might qualify for free ones now because of mom having to under go breast cancer treatment whats left as far as money goes what your resources are if you have any and sign up fill out the application you should be elegible because of your circumstances
