How can I get the amount I received for child support raised?

I receive $150/mnth for one 7 y/o child. I work full time and make $35,000 but need help with my sons expenses. The other parent will not even help by picking him up after school ($200 for after-school care). The judge only ordered him to pay $150/mnth even though I pay the health insurance, dental, etc. This order was given last year so I don't know if it can be changed. This isn't even enough to buy clothes and shoes when the seasons change. I used to work a second job but I was paying more for child care then what I was making. When we had our child he had a really good career but was charged with a felony and now is only making around $40,000/year. I need help and any information would be helpful.
