How can I get wages owed?
The company I work for has a faulty phone clock in/out system with 6 digit token numbers for each and their computer system that records the clock in/
The company I work for has a faulty phone clock in/out system with 6 digit token numbers for each and their computer system that records the clock in/out is faulty. My issue is that while they help and enter numbers in manually so that employees can get paid, they failed to have another employee at the computer for several days to assist in putting in the numbers. I am currently missing 3 days (24 hours) of pay from my last check and they are not doing anything about it. I have not ever received a full and complete check with the correct days/hours as they mix up employees pay regularly. I have been working with them for over 2 years and it has gotten worse over that time. I have a written log of all clock in/out numbers.
