I really struggles sleeping. I'm never tired and is always think about what's going to happen the next day I'm 12 and my dad always says I have the black lines under my eyes. I'm not tired though but I have to sleep. It's really hard :( I need help quick wrasse I need to grow and I don't want to have the black lines under my eyes. When I'm tired , i can't sleep either. I don't know how to get rid of my thoughts so it would make it easier.Any suggestions?
