or:It cant because ALL non solids like co2, greenhouse gas's, smoke, exhaust from all vehicles, etc. that rise upwards are separated by natures icy chemicals into nothingness so the suns rays can warm earth as earth rotates to grow plants for food & oxygen so all species can survive therefore earth's environment cant be improved since its nature's way to protect earth.
