or:Yes...but a baby or a very young child is ocuppied by the learning process of new things such as speak (new words etc...), walk, run, take a poop, everything really. Thats why you also do not remember times when you were that age...I have a sister who teached me this kinda stuff so....yeah...

or:ok thats a positive note it might have something to do with genetics either on moms side or dads side where he retained alot of information. When his brain was matureing it allowed him to retain alot of that information so he remembers that.which is quiet admorably possible.
