I have natural red hair that has lots of natural highlights. Usually it gets darker on its own through the winter and lightens up in the summer. This year, however, it has decided to stay more blonde, which has made me look more off color and washed out as my skin has gotten a little paler(if that was even possible). I am wanting to darken it up a little. I'm not sure if I am ready to completely remove the red, for fear that I will have a hard time getting it back to the original color. I'm thinking about just a little bit of brown color? I'm not really sure? And how would I do it so that it will look natural? I will want it to be able to grow out, or will I have to dye it back to normal?

or:You should die your hair Jet black just too even out your color.. then you should wait 2 or3 weeks to die it back red .... in my cosmetology school that's what we are learning.. hope my information helps!

or:Don't dye your hair. Everybody loves gingers, even if they have a temper. But if you want to do it so it looks natural, go to a hairdresser. Make sure they know their stuff (i.e. don't go bargain hunting). Good luck.
