How do I get less disoriented and less helpless?

My Grandma just passed away and her funeral was this morning. Im just about to get my period. I got no sleep last night because this creepy guy texted

My Grandma just passed away and her funeral was this morning. I'm just about to get my period. I got no sleep last night because this creepy guy texted me last night who I don't want to talk to and I know I had to get up to go to the funeral this morning so I'm really a wreck today and can't get my head on straight. Any advice to become less disoriented?

Eventually, you'llrealise you have your memories + you 'll manage .Having problems still after a 2 wks or so?Go to a Doctor and ask for help.
