How do I get my baby k-9 tooth out without pain?

Im 13 years old and Im having tooth problems. My baby k-9 tooth will not come out but, my adult k-9 tooth is starting to overlap on top of my baby k-9

I'm 13 years old and I'm having tooth problems. My baby k-9 tooth will not come out but, my adult k-9 tooth is starting to overlap on top of my baby k-9, and it hurts,i really don't want to get it pulled out. I think the baby tooth is still about half way in. Please help me! :'(
