I've been dealing with stress and anxiety. I've got a moped and my parents keep trying to make me get to use before getting my cbt but the thing is I'm really scared off using it.

I'm also starting college soon but I have to do a test for my teacher and if I fail he can kick me off the course.

All this aswell I have social anxiety so it's probably worse than anyone else would have. I'm having thoughts and breakdowns were I feel I can't carry on and I'm really scared for what's to come.
