How do I make a bat file that does "if NAME.jpg exists in FOLDER1, then delete NAME.mpo in FOLDER2"?

Ive been cleaning up some of my pictures and noticed that i have mpo files that i converted to jpg, but the converted doesnt delete after its successful, and out of the 3952 mpo files, only 3887 jpgs were created, and id rather not go through all of them to see which are missing.
