How do I respond to a message?

I clicked on the pen and wrote a response but didnt see an icon for"send" and dont think my response went anywhere. It certainly didnt show up in the

or:What are you referring to? MacBook mail? After you write the message you need to click on the \"send\" button. If the \"send\" button is not showing up in the message you are writing itself then it is all the way up the top in the menu bar under \"message\"- the first drop down option will say \"send\". You click on that after you have written the message and put the email address in. :-)
