How do I solve this math problem for my little cousin?
My cousin is in 5th grade, and she told me to explain and solve a math problem for her, so i said yes. The thing is, i never got a problem like this,

So the problem is : What is 5 and 3/5 (a mixed number) out of 100 (together thats a ratio) written as a percent? ( So i think its 5 and 3/5% but im not sure, since a percent is a number out of 100, and the ratio is 5 and 3/5 out of 100.) So am i right or not? if im wrong, ima need an explanation of how to, so my cousin wont think im dumb.
